The finished keel blade, welded, painted and assembled to the bulb is being stood up to be bolted to the yacht 'Nicorrette' only weeks before the Sydney to Hobart race. The keel is capable of canting (tilting) 52 degrees either way (104 degrees total swing) to help keep the boat at its fastest position. Williamson also made some of the other parts that were associated with the keel.
